Giveaway Rules
Official Giveaway Rules: Black Rose Games
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Eligibility:
The Black Rose Games Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Black Rose Games, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
2. Agreement to Rules:
By participating, you (the "Entrant") agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements.
3. Giveaway Period:
The current giveaway begins on July 1, 2026, and ends on August 20, 2026, at 11:59 PM PST. All online entries must be received by this end date and time to be eligible.
4. How to Enter:
The Giveaway must be entered by submitting an entry using the online form provided on our website. The entry must fulfill all requirements to be eligible. You may enter only once per giveaway unless otherwise specified.
5. Prize:
The prize for this giveaway is as described in our promotional materials. No cash or other prize substitution is permitted except at the sole discretion of Black Rose Games. The prize is non-transferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.
6. Odds:
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Selection and Notification:
The winner will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of Black Rose Games. The winner will be notified via the contact information provided at the time of entry within seven (7) days following the drawing. Black Rose Games shall have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings. If a winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within 72 hours of notification, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
8. Rights Granted by You:
By entering, you grant Black Rose Games the right to use your name for promotional purposes, where permitted by law, without further compensation.
9. General Conditions:
Black Rose Games reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend any giveaway should fraud or other causes beyond its control corrupt the administration, security, or fairness of the promotion.
10. Limitation of Liability:
By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Black Rose Games and its employees from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, from participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.

Promotions are in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, any social media platform where they are promoted.
